Administrators of N11 Codes including 211, 311, 511, 611 and 811 with translated network 10 digit access numbers and contacts for use by Telecommunication Relay Service Providers (TRSP) in all 50 states.

If you are a Telephone Company or Municipality that has activated an N11 code or is in the process of activating an N11 code, you can register with NANC at no charge and provide the geographic and municipality identification including the 10 digit access for your N11 Center. This information will then be compiled into our National Data Base for use by TRSP’s enabling the deaf and hard of hearing to call your center via their own State Relay Service by dialing the Relay Operator who will then place the N11 call for them.

Enabling Relay to place a call to your N11 Centers will put you in full compliance with the ADA and open the N11 service in your community to the deaf and other Text Telephone (TTY) users who must use Relay for their calls.
